Exercises to do & not to do during diastasis

t is advised to avoid some exercises.

1. Crunches

2. Sit ups

3. Full planks

An exercise to strengthen core & heal diastasis.

Keep your leg at 90 degrees & push with the opposite hand.

There is opposition between your leg & palm.

This will give results to heal diastasis.

Do it 10 times each for both legs.

Do it regularly for faster results.
