Remember 2 things while doing kanga dance or workout- 1. Wear comfortable clothes & which is suitable for baby too. 2. Make the baby also wear comfortable clothes. No rompers or anything like that.

Always remember to keep one hand on the neck & other on the baby’s bum so that no jerk can affect the baby. If the baby is at the back, sitting independently, you can keep your hands on the back or straight.
